Parents/guardians of any student residing within the CVUSD attendance boundary may apply to enroll their student in a CVUSD school other than their residence school through the district’s Intradistrict Open Enrollment process. Open Enrollment transfer applications for the 2026–2027 school year will be available online from November 3, 2025 (7:30 a.m.) through December 5, 2025 (4:30 p.m.). If you would like to volunteer in the classroom, attend class parties, or chaperone on a field trip, you must have a volunteer badge. You can now get a badge by completing our volunteer course online. In the past, you had to attend a volunteer meeting in person but now, you can do it online at your convenience. If you already have a volunteer badge, you do not need to do it again. If you are new to Rhodes or do not have a badge, just click on "read more" and follow the link. Once you have completed the course, you will receive your badge in 2-3 weeks.

A payment plan is available or families can pay by cash or check that is made out to Rhodes PEP Club. Be sure to submit your student’s payment to their teacher.
