Absence Reporting

Dear Parents and Guardians,

To help us maintain accurate attendance records and ensure the safety of all scholars, please use the Absence Reporting Form whenever your Scholar will be absent from school. Submitting the form as soon as possible allows our office staff to accurately document your scholar’s attendance and prevents unnecessary absence notifications.

If you have any questions or need assistance completing the form, please contact the Admission Office. Thank you for your partnership in supporting your scholar’s success and attendance.
