Rhodes enrollment begins on January 5, 2026

**Please note, Rhodes is closed to students who live outside the Rhodes Boundary.  Please check here for your school boundaries.

Please complete the online enrollment before scheduling your in-office appointment.

1. Please bring the printout of your completed online enrollment.
2. Immunization Records https://www.chino.k12.ca.us/36574_4 
3. Proof of age - We accept birth certificates, baptismal certificates, and passports.
4. One Proof of Residency—We only accept utility bills (gas, water, electricity), rental agreements, and property tax statements. The documentation must be in the parent's/guardian's name. If you live with the owner, the homeowner must be present with photo identification at your appointment.
